With effect from the end of 2016, Robin Campbell Edwards has decided to retire from the Campbell Edwards Trust after 35 years of service, with the last 15 years as Chairman. Going above and beyond the duties expected of him, in his role as Chairman Robin regularly visited charities, nurturing established relationships and sparking new ones with passion, charisma and warmth. Robin consistently imparted a charitable and generous influence upon the causes in the spirit of his grandfather.
Since Robin became a trustee in 1981, the Trust has supported hundreds of charities, given away millions of dollars and positively impacted the lives of thousands of Australians in need.
The trustees would like to thank Robin for his remarkable contribution as Trustee and Chairman. We look forward to his continuing influence on the Trust in an informal capacity in the years to come, and in particular the continued sharing of insights from his encyclopedic knowledge of our 95 year history of giving Australians a helping hand.
